Practical questions
- Can I submit a request outside the south-east?
- Yes. Requests can be submitted from anywhere in mainland France and Corsica. This does not guarantee that a professional is registered in your area.
- What if no professional is available?
- A reply is not guaranteed or immediate. You can follow your request, but do not assume that submitting it books a visit.
- What if my location cannot be recognized?
- The request is not sent to professionals nationwide by default. The team can review the location before local distribution.
