Account and Data Deletion
In compliance with GDPR and Google Play requirements, you have full control over your personal data.
Via the Mobile App (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from your profile settings:
- Open the NiceHub Services Artisan app.
- Go to the Settings tab (gear icon).
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Tap "Delete my account".
- Confirm the action in the dialogue window.
By Support Request
If you can no longer access the app, you can request the deletion of your account and associated data via email:

Note: For security reasons, we may ask for proof of identity before proceeding with the deletion.
What happens to my data?
When your account is deleted:
• Your personal information (name, email, phone) is **permanently erased**.
• Your identity documents are **deleted from our servers**.
• Your intervention history is anonymized or deleted, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it (e.g., invoices).
• This action is **irreversible**.
